We dedicate the first post of this blog to superheroes to all boys and girls with autism. Today we dedicate it to superheroines those women who dont wear capes or masks who work outside a lot and who work at home much more. But above all we dedicate it to the superheroines who take care of superheroes. To those mothers who also celebrate their day today and who probably will not receive any gift or gesture from their children with autism because those little ones dont even know what it means to celebrate.
This lack of enthusiasm is valid on Mothers Day Fathers Day birthdays holidays Christmas Three Kings Day and everything that common mortals understand by special day. Those special days are also Special Database special in homes where there is a child with autism but the celebration was not is not and will not be like it is for the rest of the families. And yet those moms those superheroines keep going. They row the same as the rest of the moms most likely. Perhaps that does not make them better in the eyes of the world but for those of us who know what they go through what they feel what they are silent about and what they suffer in silence it has such a value that words will never be able to express it.
