It doesn't matter what job you have; if you let your body fall into bad health, your work will be affected. Art is no exception! I know that starting a new routine is a tough one; especially if it's something that doesn't seem relevant to what you want to do. It really doesn't have to be that hard, though; you don't have to make healthy food and a (really expensive) treadmill your new passion.
